Hello Serge, welcome to SML!

There is a portal site called "Smalltalk-users.jp". Unfortunately, it is written only
in Japanese, but it would definitely help you. (I hope. I'm a maintainer of
Smalltalk-users.jp).
http://www.smalltalk-users.jp/

Also, there are periodical Smalltalk-lesson meetings (Smalltalk-benkyo-kai)
in Japan.
- Tokyo:
http://www.smalltalk-users.jp/Home/gao-zhi
- Kyoto:
http://www.cc.kyoto-su.ac.jp/~atsushi/Smalltalkers/index-j.html

For Squeak-related topics, we also have "Squeak-ja" mailing list.

If you travel to Japan in December, I think we are able to hold a special
Smalltalkers's event in around Nagoya-Kansai area. (Actually I was
thinking the possibilities of consolidated (Tokyo+Kyoto) Smalltalkers
meeting).

Best regards,
